Austin Business Journal unveils 10th Annual List of Austin's Fastest-Growing Private Companies
Austin, Texas – November 13, 2009 – Austin Business Journal recognizes fifty Austin-based private companies as the fastest growing of their city annually with releases of its Fast 50 list. Headspring, with a 440.02% sales growth from 2006 to 2008, has ranked number 3 on the list which includes DiscountElectronics.com and Sweet Leaf Tea Company.

To qualify for this year's list, companies must have had at least $500,000 in revenue in 2006 and be both privately held and headquartered in Austin, Texas. Rankings are determined by the average revenue growth when combining net revenue figures from 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Austin Business Journal is the Austin, Texas market newspaper within the American City Business Journals newspaper chain which provides to numerous American cities business-related weekly news publications.
The Fast 50 award is the second of its nature which Headspring has garnered in 2009. In August, Headspring ranked No. 127 on Inc. Magazine's Inc. 500 which detailed the fastest growing privately-held companies nationwide.
