Cancellation Policy
Please note that spaces are limited. When a registrant contracts for a space in the class, the space(s) are removed from inventory and considered "sold."
All cancellations are to be received in writing by 5:00 PM CST 10 business days prior to the first day of the scheduled event. If written notice is received 10 business days prior to meeting date, no penalties will apply, and the registrant will receive a 100% refund. If written notice is received 5 business days prior to meeting date, partial penalties will apply, and Registrant will receive a 50% refund. If written notice is received less than 5 business days prior to meeting date, all penalties will apply and no refund will be issued.

Jeffrey Palermo is the CTO of Headspring Systems. He specializes in doubling the productivity of software teams by introducing solid principles, values, and discipline. Along with holding the MCSD.NET certification and Solutions Architect MVP award, he also runs the Austin .NET Users Group, is a board member of AgileAustin, and is a speaker on the INETA Speakers' Bureau. Matt Hinze is a Senior Software Consultant at Headspring Systems. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Matt has been successfully delivering technical courses to software developers since 2005. Meanwhile he is a full time developer working in the trenches on major software projects. Passionate about software and programming, Matt is active in the developer community and presents technical talks to community groups. Matt is also a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. Jimmy Bogard and Eric Hexter teach on MVC (along with Jeffrey Palermo and Matt Hinze). Both gentlemen are senior .NET developers. Jimmy is a contributor to ASP.NET MVC in Action, an authoritative manual by Manning Publications Company. Eric specializes in Agile coaching and software project delivery. He has broad experience working for well known brands like Callaway Golf and Cadillac and has worked in consulting, corporate IT management, and software product companies. Eric gives back to the local Austin community by working as a director of the Austin .Net Users Group and organizing the Austin Code Camps.

Clementino Arantes de Mendonça is an ALM Architect with 16 years of experience in Software Development, from ISVs to Consulting companies to IT development shops. For the past 8 years, Clementino has worked with Microsoft first as an onsite Application Development Consultant at Dell, later with the ALM Team as part of the Partner ISV, VTS Process, and MCS Global teams, and currently as a contractor for the Global ALM Services Product team. Before joining Microsoft, Clementino was an Architect/Software Development Manager, and later a Software Engineering Process Manager with an ISV in Houston. Clementino has a passion for software engineering on all levels, from OS internals to coding, design and application architecture. His main focus is on Software Development Process Improvement, Application Lifecycle Management, and Agile Software Development.
